3. Select the pages you want to fax. (Leave the number of Copies set to 1.) You can fax up to 100
pages, including the cover sheet.

4. Select Recipient Settings from the pop-up menu and do one of the following to choose your
recipient(s):
• Choose a name or group from the Recipient List
• Enter a new name and fax number and then click the + button.
• Click the Address icon and select a recipient from your address book.
5. Select Fax Settings from the pop-up menu and select the Color and Image Quality settings
you want for the fax.
