Use this to set the gain for PCM signal playback. This can be used
to reduce the volume difference between PCM and DSD signal
playback.
Set it as necessary.
o By default, the setting is FULL.
FULL
The gain is not adjusted.
LOW
PCM signal gain is reduced from the original setting before output.
Use when the volume of PCM signals during playback seem loud
compared to DSD signals.
ΔΣ frequency setting during PCM playback
PCMΔΣ>***
The ΔΣ modulator operation frequency during PCM playback can be
set to 128, 256 or 512.
Select the sound setting you prefer.
o By default, the setting is 512.
This sets the operation of the ΔΣ modulator as a frequency multiple
of 32, 44.1 or 48kHz.
Example:
When 512 is selected with a 96kHz audio source, the ΔΣ modulator
operates at 24.576MHz (48kHz × 512).
DSD filter setting
DSDF>***
Use this to set the digital filter during DSD playback.
Set it as desired.
o By default, the setting is OFF.
OFF
No digital filter is used.
F1, F2, F3
A digital filter is used. F1, F2 and F3 are digital filters with different
frequency responses. The cutoff frequency becomes progressively
lower from F1 to F2 to F3.
Remote control input (RS-232C) connector
setting
RS232C>***
Set this to ON only when using the remote control input (RS-232C)
