In case that the light receiving unit Assy. (CMOS camera board) or control board Assy. has an
abnormality when
the power is turned on.
7) “SPH / CYL / Prism / Add over”
In case of measuring the lens which degree exceeds the upper limit of the measurement range of the device.
Take a measurement of the lens which degree is within the measurement range of the device.
« EEPROM Failure» is displayed

displayed even after cycling power
« Sensor error » is displayed
“Sensor Error” is still displayed
even after cycling the power.
Replace light receiving unit Assy.
“Sensor Error” is still displayed
even after replacing it.
* Check the harnesses before replacing the
light receiving unit Assy.
