If your ESX Amplifier is in protect mode (red display), it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure that speaker cables are not shorted. Third, avoid driving high power levels into low impedances by reducing the volume or ensuring the loudspeaker impedance matches recommendations. Finally, verify that the battery voltage at the amplifier's terminals is at least 11 volts.
