General Safety Precautions

Lift and Transferring

Consider factors during transferring, stand to side, ensure limbs are clear, maintain eye contact for user comfort.

Adjusting and Transferring

Using a V-shaped arm

Fasten sling, pull ropes firmly into locks. Patient should grab handlebars. Ropes lock tighter with patient weight.

Using a U-shaped arm

Attach ropes to lifting arm by pulling them firmly from above into rope locks.

Movement

Patient shouldn't stand straight up. Avoid furniture, walls, sloping surfaces, obstacles. Pull over sills with big wheels first.

Lowering

Lower patient to desired position. Lock wheelchair brakes, not lifter. Release strap, remove sling.

Assembly and Disassembly

Unpacking

Verify box for damage. Check contents: chassis, column, knee support, lifting arm, drive handle, hand control, battery, charger.

Assembly

Assemble knee pad bracket, slide driving handle, guide hand control wire. Ensure column and bolts are secured.

Attach the Lifting Arm

Attach arm to trolley using safety lock (QR1/QR2) or bolt/screws (QR2+). Verify correct attachment.

Checklist

Verify arm fastened, column placed correctly and secured. Ensure no damage or cracks before use.

Disassembly

Remove battery, lifting arm, drive handle, knee support. Loosen column bolts and lift out column.

Storage

Remove battery, activate emergency stop for long storage. Store within specified pressure, humidity, and temperature.

Charge battery when needed. New batteries need full charge/discharge cycles. Battery has ~500 charge cycles.
