CHECKING OR REPLACING FUSES
FOR VERSIONS: E51 V1 BASIC M510 V1 BASIC
Follow the instructions below to check or replace the fuses:
Drain both tanks into the special drainage areas;
Unplug the battery plug (see position 11);
Unfasten the tank (see position 12) by pushing it inwards using the small levers (see position 8) located at both ends of
the machine;
REACH THE DRIVER’S POSITION AND LIFT THE TANK BY THE GRIPS (POS. 7) PAYING
ATTENTION TO HANDLE IT WITH CARE WHILE PUTTING IT DOWN ON THE GROUND.
Unscrew the 2 screw knobs (see position 9), pull upwards and remove the switchboard cover (see position 10);
There are 2 fuses inside this switchboard:
BRUSH MOTOR PROTECTION: FUSE HOLDER SHOWN IN POSITION 6
SUCTION MOTOR PROTECTION: FUSE HOLDER SHOWN IN POSITION 1
REPLACING THE BRUSH MOTOR FUSE:
Pull the fuse-holder lid (see position 6) towards the direction indicated by the arrow and open it;
Unscrew the 2 locking nuts (see position 4) that hold the fuse;
Replace the 30 A fuse (see position 5) with a fuse of equal amperage;
Screw the nuts back into place and close the fuse-holder lid.
REPLACING THE SUCTION MOTOR FUSE:
Open the lid (see position 3) of the fuse holder (see position 1);
Remove the 30 A fuse (see position 2) and replace it with a fuse of equal amperage;
Put the lid (see position 3) of the fuse holder (see position 1) back into place;
Once the fuses are checked or replaced, put everything back together and bring the machine back to its operating
condition.
