CHECKING OR REPLACING FUSES IN THE INSTRUMENT PANEL
FOR VERSIONS: E51 V2 TRAC - E61 V2 TRAC M510 V2 TRAC M610 V2 TRAC

To check or replace the fuses beneath the instrument panel, proceed as follows:
Turn off the key and unplug the battery connector as specified in the previous paragraph;
Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench (see position 1) and remove the 8 clamping screws (see position 2) from the instrument
panel, including the respective nylon washers;
Carefully turn the instrument panel (see position 4), follow the arrows and make sure not to jerk it as it may damage
the electrical system;
Remove the 20 A fuse (see position 3), check it and replace it if necessary with a fuse of equal amperage;
Put the instrument panel back into place (see position 4) and make sure to keep the cables (see position 5) and the
terminals away from the gearing area located inside the instrument panel;
Put the washer and screws back into place (see position 2) and close the panel using the special wrench (see position
1), make sure to apply enough pressure on the seal beneath the panel (see position 4).
CHECK THE SEAL ON THE COVER

V3 ECO-M510 V1 BASIC-M510 V2 TRAC-M510 V3 ECO-M610 V2 TRAC-M610 V3 ECO
The recovery tank cover seal ensures that a proper vacuum
is created inside the tank and this provides a better suction
performance on the squeegee.
It is very important to keep the seal intact in order for the
machine to work properly.
To clean and check the seal, proceed as follows:
Open the cover (see position 2);
Use a piece of cloth to wipe off the seal (see position 3)
and make sure it is not broken or damaged;
If the seal is damaged, remove it from the cover, mount
a new seal and make sure to fit the seam of the seal into
the rear position (see position 1);
Clean the area of the tank where the seal leans (see
position 4) when the cover is closed.
