FLAP SEALING REPLACEMENT
To replace the flap sealing it is necessary to remove the support from the machine.
Remove the key and remove the battery connector
Remove the rubber block sheet steel pos. 8 and move the dust guard sealing pos. 9 outwards
Remove the left side door pos. 10
Remove the screws of the left-hand side dust guard sealing block sheet steel pos.11
Tighten up the screw pos. 5 (this will prevent the flap damper from coming off).
Remove the clips pos. 4 and free the flap hooking fork pos. 6
Open the right-hand side door
Press the flap in the direction of the arrow until the shaft is released from the
seat pos. 1
At this point undo the flap from the seat pos. 7
Replace the basket pos. 3
Refit the flap on the machine by inserting the shaft first in seat pos. 7 and then in the hole
pos. 1
Refit the left dust guard rubber bloc sheet steel pos. 11 and the left side door pos.10
Refit the fork in position 6 and fit the clip pos. 4.
Undo the screw pos. 5 until it blocks.
Refit the sealing pos. 9 and close the right-hand side door.
