TROUBLESHOOTING CHART
ATTENTION! ANY TYPE OF MAINTENANCE SERVICE OR TEST WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THOSE DESCRIBED IN
THE MANUAL MUST ONLY BE CARRIED OUT BY AN AUTHORISED AFTER-SALES SERVICE CENTRE (ASC)
BEFORE ANY INTERVENTIONS CHECK THE CORRECT VOLTAGE OF THE
BATTERY: 24V
PROBLEM
CAUSE

The battery does not hold its charge
Spent or malfunctioning elements
Replace it
No led comes on when the key is inserted

- CONTINUOUS ACCESS: NO ERROR,
NORMAL CONDITION
- OFF ERROR INSIDE THE CONTROL
Have it replaced
- 1 BLINK OFF-SPEC CUSTOMISATION
Have it checked
- 2 BLINKS
- SEAT DIPSWITCH OPEN

into function and the motoreducer comes to a stop.
25.The temperature on the forward motoreducer
exceeds 75-85° C.
26.Gear motor thermal probe disconnect or defect.
Wait till the temperature falls down
before re-starting the machine- Check
the reason of the over-heating (climbs,
overabsorption etc.) Clean the motor
air inlets.
Check the connection or replace the
thermal probe.
