CONTROL THE HYDRAULIC OIL
LEVEL IN THE TANK
EVERY 100 HOURS
Remove the key
Extract the dipstick pos. 3 and check that the oil level
is in the space where the dipstick is squashed.
If it is low it should be topped up in the following way:
- slowly unscrew the filler cap pos. 1
- remove the filter pos. 2
- pour the oil inside the filter container until the correct
level is reached.
HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER
REPLACEMENT AFTER THE
FIRST 200 HOURS, THEN AFTER
100 HOURS
Remove the key and remove the battery connector
Remove the left hand casing.
Slowly unscrew the filler cap pos.
Replace the cartridge pos. 2
Do not dispose of spent oil and/or filters into
the environment
HYDRAULIC OIL CHANGE
AFTER 2000 HOURS
Open and lower the dirt container
Remove the key and remove the battery connector
Remove the right-hand side
Remove the level of the oil pos. 3
Remove the filler cap pos. 1 and filter pos. 2
Have a 5-litre container to hand.
Remove the drainage cap pos. 4 and run off the oil
Replace the cap on the tank and pour in the new oil
Close the filter and insert the dipstick
Carry out a few dirt container raising and closing
operations.
Recheck the level of the oil and close up everything
again.
