REPLACEMENT OF FUSES
UNDER THE DASHBOARD
Remove the key and remove the battery connector
Remove the fuse box cover, pos. 1
Replace the burnt fuse.
Put everything back together again.
N.B.! Do not change the resistance value of the fuse.
THE FUNCTIONS OF THE
FUSES AND AMPERAGE.
1) Key-controlled selector switch power supply – 30A
2) Headlights and horn power supply– 10A
3) Rear flashing light power supply – 3A
4) Reverse light and beeper power supply – 3A
5) Central and side brush, drawer dipswitch power supply – 3A
6) Shaker motor power supply – 20A
7) Traction motor remote switch power supply – 7.5 A
8) Direction indicator power supply – 7.5 A
9) Rear stop light power supply – 7.5A
10) Position light block power supply 7.5A
REPLACEMENT OF THE
TRACTION MOTOR AND
BRUSH MOTOR FUSES ON
THE REMOTE SWITCH
PANEL
1) Lift the cap
2) Remove the right-hand side foot board pos. 5
3) Remove the remote switch panel lid pos. 4
4) Replace the burnt fuse pos. 2-3
OPERATIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT ONCE EVERY 500
WORKING HOURS AS TO CHECK THE OIL LEVEL OF
THE DRIVE WHEEL REDUCER:
1. Check the oil level by removing the level/oil cap (Pos.1)
2. If necessary, fill up the wheel reducer with SYNTHETIC
OR MINERAL OIL SAE 80W90 up to the level and
then refit the cap (Pos.1).
OPERATIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT ONCE EVERY 2000
WORKING HOURS AS TO REPLACE THE OIL OF THE
DRIVE WHEEL REDUCER
1) Unscrew and remove the level/oil filling cap (Pos.1) ;
2) Fit a suitable baisin for the oil gathering. Then, unscrew the
drain plug Pos 2 and remove it as to wait for the oil outflow;
3) Remove any metallic waste which got stuck on the drain
plug
4) Refit the drain plug Pos.2 by means of a proper gasket;
5) Fill up the reducer with SYNTHETIC OR MINERAL OIL
SAE 80W90 up to the level and then refit the oil filling cap
(Pos.1).
