Press the “PROGRAM” button until it shows the users programU1-U2, then press the “mode” then
enter the set-up for the first time. “SPEED+”, “SPEED-” is to change the speed, and the “INCLINE+”
“INCLINE-” is to change the incline. Pressing “mode” means the completion of the first time setup and
then enters to the second time setup until the ten setups are done. The data will be saved without losing,
due to power off until next time when you reset.
2. Startup of the user programs
A. Press the “PROGRAM” until it shows the users program (U1-U2), set the running time required and
press the “start” button
B. After you are finished with the user program and running time setting, press the “start” button it will
work also.
3. User program setup instructions
The program divides each exercise into ten periods; the treadmill cannot run until the speed, incline and
running time of the ten periods are done
