thetransmission.Besurethesquare-holewasher
remainsbetweentheleverandthetransmission.
Replacethespringdiscwasherandthenylocnut
(Figure4).Torquethe3/8inchnutto35ft-lb(47
N-m).

itisattachedtothetransmission.Reinstallthelever
andtightenthehardware.
