Set Temperature
COOK MODE
The Grill Probe (RTD) measures
the internal temperature of the grill,
which is displayed in 1-degree
increments.
Actual Temperature
Turn the Control Knob to the
desired cooking temperature
after following the LIGHTING
INSTRUCTIONS. This target
temperature will be displayed
with “SET”, which indicates
the controller is set to
standard cooking mode.
SMOKE MODE
Smoke Preset Selector,
M/P Button
After lighting the grill, press
M/P button to select the
desired type of smoking.

Press the M/P Button to choose
your desired preset smoking
temperature. Presets range from
165 F to 195 F. See the
following table for more
information.
