The following table represents the relationship between temperature and smoke per preset option. A higher
preset level will produce more smoke while having a lower cooking temperature. The preset temperatures
range from 165 F to 195 F.
Operating Instructions
POST COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
It is recommended to run the grill at high temperature following each cook to burn
off excess oil.
1. Turn the control knob to “HIGH”.
2. Close the lid and allow the grill to run in 5 to 15 minutes.
3. Turn OFF the grill.
4. Clean the cooking grid with a grill cleaning brush.
5. Once the grill has properly shut down and cool, unplug the power cord and store the grill in a safe, dry place.

WARNING!
Always wear dry, protective gloves or oven mitts when cooking or cleaning hot
cooking grids.
WARNING! DO NOT change pellets while the grill is hot.
Visually inspect the hopper finger safety guard to make sure that it is in place and not
damaged before filling the hopper with your choice of pellets.
