The rotary valve does not move
REASONS:
The chimney (23) is clogged.
There is not enough liquid inside the pot to
reach the working pressure.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS:
Check and clean the chimney (23).
Check that the amount of liquid inside the
cooker is at least 300 mL (for pressure
cookers of up to 8 L capacity) or at least 500
mL (for pressure cookers of over 8 L capacity).
