Why is my Fanimation Fan not starting?

  There are several reasons why your Fanimation Fan might not be starting: * A fuse or circuit breaker might be blown. Check both the main and branch circuit fuses or circuit breakers. * There might be loose power line connections to the fan, or loose switch wire connections in the switch housing. Inspect the line wire connections to the fan and switch wire connections in the switch housings, ensuring the main power is turned off before doing so. * There could be a loose connection at the motor assembly. Verify that the plug between the motor and horizontal tube assemblies is properly connected.

  If your Fanimation Fan is making noise, here are a few things to check: * Make sure the blades are attached to the fan. * Check and tighten any loose screws in the motor housing. * Ensure the screws securing the fan blade holders to the motor flywheel are tight. * Verify wire connectors inside the housing aren't rattling against each other or the interior wall of the switch housing. Ensure the main power is turned off before checking. * If you're using a solid-state variable speed control, it may be causing motor noise. Consider using an alternative control method. * Tighten any loose screws holding the blades to the blade holders. * Securely tighten the rubber flywheel set screw if it is loose.
