Why won't my Fanimation Subtle Fan start?
    • T
      Tiffany GreeneJul 27, 2025
There are several potential reasons why your Fanimation fan won't start: * A fuse or circuit breaker may have blown. Check both the main and branch circuit fuses or circuit breakers. * There might be loose power line connections to the fan, or loose switch wire connections in the switch housing. Inspect the line wire connections to the fan and switch wire connections in the switch housings, but be sure to turn off the main power first! * The reversing switch could be in the neutral position. Ensure the reversing switch is fully to one side. * The remote control battery may be dead. Try replacing it with a fresh one.
