      If your Fanimation fan isn't starting, begin by checking the main and branch circuit fuses or circuit breakers. Ensure the line wire connections to the fan and the switch wire connections in the switch housings are secure, remembering to turn off the main power first. Also, verify that the reversing switch is fully to one side and not in a neutral position. If you're using a remote control, try replacing its battery with a fresh one.

      If your Fanimation fan wobbles excessively, make sure the setscrews in the downrod support and the downrod/hanger ball assembly are tightened securely. Check that the screws securing the fan blade to the motor assembly are tight. Ensure the hanger bracket and/or ceiling timber batten is securely fastened and tighten the hanger bracket screws to the timber batten, and secure the outlet box. If the fan blades are out of balance, use the balancing kit supplied.
