SECTION 10 -- ENGINE -- CHAPTER 1
4. Spline the flywheel (1) onto the crankshaft, tight-
ening the screws (2) by hand.
5. Lock the flywheel appropriately before tightening
the relevant screws to torque.

6. Tighten the bolts (1) securing the engine flywheel
(2) in two stages as described on page 13:
- 1
st
phase, tightening with torque
wrench to a torque of 30 ± 5Nm;
- 2
nd
phase, tightening to an angle of 60°
± 5°.
NOTE: Tightening to an angle is done with tool

Fitting the Oil Pump

1. Insert the seal.
2. Fit the oil pump (1).
3. Insert the tightening screws (2) and tighten them
to the torque prescribed on page 12.
