3. Fit the wiring (1).
4. Fit the fan unit to the fan pulley.
5. Add engine oil through the filler plug.
6. Install the hood as described in opera-
tion 90 100 22.

CRANKSHAFT FRONT SEAL
Removal

Lift and handle all heavy parts using suitable lifting
equipment.
Make sure that assemblies or parts are supported
by means of suitable slings and hooks. Check that
no one is in the vicinity of the load to be lifted.
To access the seal, proceed as follows:
1. Lift the hood (1) and disconnect the battery nega-
tive cable.

2. Remove air filter (3) and the radiators of the con-
denser (1) and air cooler (2).
