First, check the voltage input to the cabinet to ensure the electricity supply hasn't been cut off at the mains. If the electricity supply is ok, the electronic board might be out of order, in that case replace the PCB. Finally, check the fuses and replace them if they are blown.

You may also need to check the F7 fuse on the power card, replace the power card, or replace the microprocessor card.
