4 OPERATION
4.A SCOPE
FLOWFAST H horizontal laminar airflow cabinet is manufactured in compliance with the international standards for
the protection of the material manipulated in the working chamber.
The cabinets meet ISO 14644-1 Class 5 requirements.
4.B CONTROL and REGULATION SYSTEMS
The FLOWFAST H cabinet is provided with a manual electronic regulation system, or, if installed, with an automatic
regulation system, to keep the airflow velocity (0.45 m/sec) constant. This system counters the effects of the
gradual clogging of the HEPA filter up to pressure levels of nearly 350 Pa.
