Turning-o󰀨 due to the excessive
temperature of the smoke
The room is too warm
Check the desired room
temperature and that the
temperature sensor is correctly
located to detect the temperature
in the room
The room fan is not working
or does so very slowly
In the event that this alarm repeats
frequently or cannot be turned
o󰀨, notify the Technical Support
Service
No smoke sensor or it has
broken. In this case, ‘Hi’ would
appear in the information
about the smoke temperature
‘tF’ and the room fan would
operate at maximum speed.
Er07
The electronic control board is
not receiving any signal from the
smoke extraction speed controller.
This could appear due to
uctuations in the mains
electrical grid
Reset the error and turn the
unit on again. This error will
then disappear and the unit will
enter safety operation. Notify the
Technical Support Service.
Meanwhile, the unit can be used.
If this situation occurs again,
it is advisable to install an
uninterruptible power supply
(UPS)
The smoke fan and/or one of
its connections are broken
Er08
The speed of the smoke extraction
fan cannot be properly adjusted
This could appear due to
uctuations in the mains
electrical grid
Reset the error and turn the unit
on again
If this situation occurs again,
it is advisable to install an
uninterruptible power supply
(UPS)
The voltage from the
mains power supply is not
appropriate or proceeds from
a generator of non-sinusoidal
alternating current.
Make sure that the unit is
connected to a suitable power
supply
The smoke fan and/or one of
its connections are broken
Reset the error and turn the unit
on again. This error will then
disappear and the unit will enter
safety operation.
Notify the Technical Support
Service. Meanwhile, the unit can
be used.
Er11 Update DATE and TIME
This could appear the
rst time that the heater
is connected to the mains
power supply or after several
days disconnected.
To update the time and day of the
week, see section 6.2.3
