What to do if my FireAngel Smoke Alarm goes off when no smoke is visible?
- LLori GuzmanAug 1, 2025
If your interconnected FireAngel Smoke Alarms are alarming without visible smoke, first identify the unit causing the alarm by looking for a red light flashing once per second. If none are flashing, switch off electrical power and inspect the interconnect wiring. Then, switch off the electrical power to the FireAngel Smoke Alarm. Remove any static electricity by wiping the unit with a slightly damp cloth. Regularly clean the FireAngel Smoke Alarm and check its location to ensure proper placement. Ensure the green light is on.
