      If your Flotec Water Pump isn't pumping water, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the supply valve is open. Check that the automatic valve opens correctly and replace it if needed. Inspect the float for obstructions and free action. Clean the ejector and inlet screen if they're plugged. Adjust the float rod stops if the water level drops too low. Install or clean the check valve in the primary pump discharge if it's stuck or missing. Inspect and clean the discharge line for blockages. Reduce the discharge height if the pump exceeds its rated lift. Install a larger pipe from the city water supply if the water supply is below 40 PSI. Note that the pump requires continuous pressure to operate, so it won't work with a well pump.
