3-17. The instrument has two fuses: the main power fuse and the auxiliary power supply
fuse. The main power fuse can be replaced from the rear panel of the instrument, but the
instrument must be partially disassembled to replace the auxiliary power supply fuse. The
following procedure describes how to replace the main power fuse. Replacement of the
auxiliary power supply fuse is described in the 6070A/6071A Calibration Manual.
1. Set the POWER control to the STBY position, set the MAIN POWER switch
to the OFF position, and disconnect line power.
