The Model 801-600, as shown in Figure
6-6,
is a
clamp-on
current
probe which is used to extend the current
measurement
capabilities of
the
8600A.
The probe
is
designed to measure
currents of 2 to 600 amperes at fre-
quencies of up to 400 Hz
with
±3%
accuracy. The clamp-
on
feature allows current to be
measured without breaking
the
circuit
under
test.
