Always switch to WIFI interface of the phone when connect
to App.
Please restart the WIFI function and App to connect it again.
M2 dash camera automatically switch on & off frequently.
①Please turn off the Parking Monitor function and format the SD
card on the camera; ②If the dash cam still can’t work well please
reset it with a tool needle. ③Please change another Micro-SD card
to try it again. ④
Please connect the dash cam with a new power
cord, it may be caused by the poor connection of the car charger. If
you don’t have another power cord, please feel free to contact us by

Why the M2 dash cam ask you to ‘format’ the SD card again
after you format the SD card?
①Please format the Micro-SD card on the PC to FAT32 format(32GB
SD card), exFAT(64-128GB SD card); ② The TF card is faulty,
please change another Micro-SD card to try it again.
The M2 dash cam auto power off immediately when you turn
off the engine.
① The dash cam will auto off within 5seconds when the engine off
this is the default setting of System, if you want to the dash cam
keep recording after engine off, please set the delayed power
off function to off or turn on the dash cam manually by long
pressing the POWER button.
