PROBABLE CAUSE WHAT TO DO
Error in performing the test.
Do not shake the control
solution vial very well.
Expired or contaminated
control solution.
Control solution that is too
warm or too cold.
Test strip deterioration.
Meter malfunction.
Read the instruction thoroughly and
repeat the test again.
Shake the control solution vigorously
and repeat the test again.
Check the expiry date or the discarded
date of the control solution.
Control solution, meter, and test strips
should come to room temperature (68°F
to 77°F(20°C to 25°C) before testing.
Repeat the test with a new test strip.
