IDENTIFY THE SEATPOST ORIENTATION
The Transfer Neo comes in two orientations in terms of the position of the controller battery relative
to the front of the seatpost. The seatpost must be oriented properly for saddle installation and
seatpost function. The front of the seatpost (labeled below) must be positioned toward the front of
the bike. The controller position varies.
WARNING
The Transfer Neo seatposts are directional and proper orientation has the lower of the two upper
post saddle clamp fastener locations facing forward. Failure to install the front of the seatpost in the
correct orientation may result in a crash, SERIOUS INJURY and/or DEATH.
