MESSAGES AND MALFUNCTIONS
Resetting boiler faults
If the boiler goes to ‚fault‘, you can try to remedy the
fault by resetting the boiler.
9 The FAULT RESET function is activated by
pressing the ON/STANDBY button for approx.
3 seconds while the fault is displayed.
9 The light in the button goes out to confirm the
reset.
9 The boiler restarts in STANDBY mode. The button
has a steady white light.
9 The ECO function is deactivated after the reset.
CAUTION: If you cannot remedy a fault or
defect yourself, please contact Franke or your
installer. Switch off the boiler by removing the plug
from the wall plug socket.
