then flashing RED
Dry running Check water supply and valving
Unit won't start with water demand Solid Green Inlet water pressure above 40 psi
Install a pressure reducing valve on inlet to
reduce inlet pressure
Unit continuously cycles ON/OFF
(Rapid Cycle)
Flashing Green Improper charge pressure in tank
Set the pressure in pressure tank to 2 psi
lower than cut-in pressure
Flashing Green Check valve between tank and unit Place check valve after pressure tank
Unit won't turn on
Solid RED Unit is turned OFF Press the power button on the user interface
Flashing RED Overvoltage (input voltage higher than +10%) Check the supply voltage and correct if possible
Flashing RED Undervoltage (input voltage lower than -10%) Check the supply voltage and correct if possible
Flashing RED Overheating due to excessive water temperature Supply cold water to the pump
Flashing RED Pump is in alarm condition Reset pump by pressing power button

Flashing Green Internal non-return valve is blocked/damaged
Place a new non-return valve before unit in
INLET plumbing
Flashing Green Internal flow piston is stuck open Clean the flow piston (see page 14)
NOTE: The motor in this unit contains thermal protection that responds to motor current and heat from the motor winding and ambient
temperature. When the combination of current and heat exceeds a pre-determined point, the protector opens and interrupts the circuit.
When the winding temperature returns to a more normal level, the protector will automatically reset.
