Door is open when cycle starts, Wiring, and Door Switch defective.
WARNING
Check that all the connectors are correctly inserted
Check for any foreign object blockage on Door Switch?
YES
Clean and repeat the Diagnostic Cycle to check for any
further alarms.

Check any obstacle in the door opening and closing?
Remove the obstacle and repeat the Diagnostic Cycle to
check for any further alarms.
Check the Door Switch wiring terminals are connected
properly?
NO
Make the connections proper and repeat the Diagnostic
Cycle to check for any further alarms.
Check the continuity between terminals of Door
Switch (in closed condition). Continuity is there?
Change the Door Switch and repeat the Diagnostic
Cycle to check for any further alarms.
NO
Replace the Electronic Control Board and repeat the
Diagnostic Cycle to check for any further alarms.
