Manual operation
Delta-T cooking
The slow rise in the pan temperature until the
cooking process ends, maintaining a constant
differential to the current core temperature, means
that the meat is cooked more slowly and gently.
The difference between the core temperature and
the pan temperature gives the Delta temperature.
Delta T cooking is only possible in Cooking or
Cooking with baskets cooking mode.
