1. Select the product group and your product for which you
need support from the “Support” area.
You will receive a selection of FAQs.
2. If you need more help, click the “Contact Support” but-
ton to open the e-mail support form.
3. Fill out the form and send it to AVM by clicking the “Sub-
mit support request” button.
