ALARMS
Using in additional to spare part list and Electrical scheme
E1: Fault inverter 1x long continue beep / warning light continue
Problems detected
Possible solutions
- This alarm identifies the block of an inverter
- Turn the machine off. Wait 20
seconds and turn it back on;
- Check the situation of the inverter on
the display, referring to the inverter’s
instruction manual located inside the
machine;
- Check the cables;
- If the press is used, the Error is
activated if the counter-package limit
switch is exceeded;
- Check the Error on the display
of the Inverter.
- Check that the circuits’ switch is ON (switch up)
- ON inverter must operate
- OFF inverter is OFF
- The inverter does not work properly
- Replace the inverter

(Q1) Switch Inverter
If you close this switch, power at
all inverter is closed (look Els).

If you close this switch, power at
all inverter is closed (look Els).

(K0) Contactor
When the machine is switch on,
the contactor it is in “I”.
When the machine is switch off
or alarms (safety) occurred the
contactor it is in “O”.
