ALARMS
E3: Safety contact 3x beep / warning light (repeated sequence)
The safety device on the base d.1650mm (yellow carter)
Problem suggestion
Possible solution
- This alarm signal has been activated by the limit
switch of the base
- Check the situation, an object or person
has been positioned between mast and
turntable. (Fig. 1)
- Re-move this object or person.
- Limit switch not working properly (or not
connected)
- Replace the limit switch (2) (Fig. 2).
- The spring is positioned incorrectly
- Position the spring (3) correctly (Fig. 3).
- The plate have been blocked mechanically
- Release the plate.

The doors are open

- The door is open
- Check whether the door has been
closed properly.
- Door closure sensors do not work properly
- Check the cables;
E4: No pallet detect 4x beep / warning light (repeated sequence)
There is no pallet on the turntable;
Problems detected
Possible solutions
- The pallet has not been detected by the photocell
- Dark goods? Dark film? Replace the
photocell with laser photocell
- Photocell is not properly connected
- Check that the cables/connections
arrive at the board.
- Photocell malfunction
- Replace the photocell
