ALARMS
E5: Safety horseshoe 5x beep / warning light (repeated sequence)
Problem suggestion
Possible solution
- This alarm signals that the entrance of the
horseshoe turntable is blocked for safety
reasons.
- Check the situation, remove the
mechanical block from the entrance

- Photocell incorrectly positioned or connected.
- Check the wiring. (1)
- Check the reflector. (2)
- Proximity sensor malfunction.
- Replace the proximity sensor (3)
- Mirror / Reflector incorrectly positioned or
broken.
- Check the mirror / reflector.
E6: Turntable time out 6x beep / warning light (repeated sequence)
Occurs when, with the drive table inverter active signal, no rising edge of turntable proxy is detected
(input X000 (Proximity turntable) of the PLC) for a time equal to the value indicated in D18
"TimeOutTable" (time> = 60 s). To reset the error, press Reactivation button.
