Replacing the 16
kW mains cable
Removing the mains cable:
Remove the AC connecting plate (see
the "Opening the device" section)
Undo the mains cable (1) from the
mains terminal
Undo the three cable ties (5, 6)
Unwind the mains leads from the ferrite
cores (2, 3)
Use a slotted screwdriver to loosen the
strain-relief device or the PG screw
connection (4)
Thread out the mains cable
Installing the mains cable:
Insert the new mains cable through the
strain-relief device or the PG screw
connection (4) and tighten
[2 Nm]
Wind the individual phase leads th-
rough both large ferrite cores (2) three
times
Direct the PE lead through both large
ferrite cores (2) and wind it through the
small ferrite core (3) three times
Secure with cable ties (5)
Fit the mains cable (1) to the mains ter-
minal in the correct sequence
[1.5 Nm]
Make sure the mains leads are neatly
laid and secure with a cable tie (6)
Fit the AC connecting plate (see the
"Closing the device" section)
