What to do if the add pump is not operating on a Frymaster LOV Fryer?
    • K
      Kathleen HardyAug 1, 2025
If the Add pump on your Frymaster Fryer isn't working, start by checking the voltage at the MIB board from Pin 1 to Pin 2. It should be 24 VAC. If it's not, inspect the connections from the RTI 24VAC transformer and the transformer itself at the RTI. Also, check the voltage at the MIB board from Pin 2 to Pin 3; it should also be 24 VAC. If not, the MIB board might be faulty, or the wires to the pump relay could be shorted. Finally, verify that the voltage at the Add pump relay is 24 VAC. If it isn't, check the wiring from the MIB board. The relay is located on top of the RTI system.

Why does one vat top off but other vats fail to top off on Frymaster LOV Fryer?
    • C
      Christina VazquezAug 18, 2025
If one vat tops off but other vats fail to top off in your Frymaster Fryer, it could be due to a failed solenoid. Check the power to the pump. If the pump is hot, the solenoid has probably failed. Another possible reason is a loose wire connection. Ensure all wiring harnesses are securely connected to the ATO board and solenoids.
