Handling the LT20 S2/LT40 S2/LT60 S2
Do not remove the cover of the LT20 S2/LT40 S2/LT60 S2 or of any slots on the LT20 S2/LT40 S2/LT60 S2, except
when replacing batteries or installing an optional device, or in other cases that require removal of such
covers.
The LT20 S2/LT40 S2/LT60 S2 includes high-voltage parts and such parts may cause an electric shock.
If the inside of the LT20 S2/LT40 S2/LT60 S2 needs to be checked or repaired, contact your sales representative
or a Fujitsu maintenance service center to perform such work.
When there is a possibility that the LT20 S2/LT40 S2/LT60 S2 has malfunctioned, for example, when the
operator panel fails to display properly, do not continue to use the LT20 S2/LT40 S2/LT60 S2. Continued use of
the LT20 S2/LT40 S2/LT60 S2 when it is malfunctioning or operating abnormally could cause a fire and/or
electric shock.
If the LT20 S2/LT40 S2/LT60 S2 needs to be repaired, contact your sales representative or a Fujitsu
maintenance service center to perform such work.
• Prevent foreign objects including metal shards and flammable materials from being inserted in or dropped
into any openings (vent holes, etc.) of the LT20 S2/LT40 S2/LT60 S2. Failure to do so may cause
malfunctions, a fire, or electric shock.
• Do not put any containers containing water such as a vase, flower pot, and/or glass on or near the LT20 S2/
LT40 S2/LT60 S2. Doing so may cause malfunctions, a fire, or electric shock.
• Refrain from using a blower containing a flammable spray, because it could lead to a fire.
Before attaching or detaching an optional device, turn off the power switches on the device and the LT20 S2/
LT40 S2/LT60 S2, and disconnect their power plugs from outlets. Failure to do so may cause an electric shock.
