8.11 Setting for Manual-Feed Timeout
In Manual Feeding mode where you manually load documents sheet by sheet, you can scan multiple batches of
documents continuously as a single file when you load the second stack of document before the timeout time after loading
the first batch.
The scanning terminates automatically when the time has elapsed, canceling the Manual-feed timeout.
You can cancel the Manual-feed timeout immediately by pressing the [Send to] button within the timeout period specified.
Configure the settings for the Manual-feed timeout as follows:
1. Start up the Software Operation Panel.
See Section "8.1 Scanner Settings."
2. Select [Device Setting 2] from left side list in the window, and select [Manual-feed timeout] from
its lower level.
3. Select whether to enable or disable the Manual-feed timeout. When enabling the timeout, select
the timeout period for manual feeding until loading the next document after the previous one.
