Symptom: The scanned images are elongated when scanned from the ADF.

Are the rollers dirty?

Clean the dirty rollers.

Is any of consumables (Pick rollers and Brake
rollers) worn out?
YES
Check the consumables counters. Replace the
consumables, if needed.

Have you adjusted the scan scale?
NO
Display the properties of the scanner that you
are using on "Scanners and Cameras" in the
control panel, then adjust the scan scale.

dealer or an authorized FUJITSU scanner
service provider.
