Figure Notes:
1. Header must be level or slightly pitched toward the
drain.
2. Header material must be CPVC, galvanized steel, or
stainless steel.
3. Header should be taken to the lowest point possible
and remain ooded during operation.
4. 1.5 inch (138.1 mm) condensate drain kit/trap outlet is
never to be above 1 inch boiler condensate outlet.
5. For multiple boiler installation, maintain minimum pipe
size of one inch (25.4 mm) for the header piping.
6. The maximum capacity to attach per multiple boiler
condensate drain trap is 12 MMBH total.
7. Housekeeping pad required, minimum 4 inch (102 mm).
