Before beginning the maintenance on Mamba pedals, ensure a seamless process by utilizing high-quality tools to avoid
damaging the screw sockets. It's advisable to service your pedals one side at a time to avoid mixing up parts. Additionally, be
mindful of thread directions, as indicated by diagrams on both sides of the pedal, and pay special attention when handling
these specific parts.

Mamba Pedals Bearing and Axle Replacement Procedure

Step 1: Remove Side Cap

Remove the side cap using a 6mm hex key.

Step 2: Loosen Axle Nut

Secure axle with 8mm hex key, loosen axle nut with 8mm socket wrench. Note thread direction.

Step 3: Remove Inner Seal

Locate and gently remove the inner seal from the axle bore using tweezers.

Step 4: Prepare for Bearing Extraction

Insert M4 bolt into pedal body with 3mm hex key, then attach washer and M4 nut.

Step 5: Extract Bearing

Tighten M4 bolt using 3mm hex key and 7mm wrench until bearing is extracted.

Step 6: Secure Pedal for Bushing Removal

Secure pedal body in a vise, using a cloth to protect its surface.

Step 7: Remove Bushing

Screw bushing remover into bushing, then pull to remove.

Step 8: Install New Bushing

Position new bushing on press, tap with plastic hammer to install.

Step 9: Install New Bearing

Grease interface, push new bearing into pedal by tightening side cap.

Step 10: Identify and Prepare Axles

Identify left (lathed mark) and right axles, fit seals, and apply grease.

Step 11: Install and Tighten Axle

Insert axle, hold steady, tighten axle nut. Ensure smooth pedal body pivot.

Step 12: Reattach Side Cap

Reattach side cap with 6mm hex key and check for smooth rotation and no side-to-side movement.
