4.8 How to Rename a Route
The default name for a route is RTXXXX (XXXX=route number). If desired, you can
rename the route.
1. Display [Routes List].
2. Long tap a route from the list to show the pop-up menu and tap [Edit] to show the
[Route Edit] screen.
3. Tap [Rename] (at the bottom of the screen). A Character pad appears with the
current route name. Change the route name using the Character pad.
4.9 How to Delete Routes
Routes can be deleted individually or collectively. A route currently used for navigation
cannot be deleted.
Individual route
1. Display [Routes List].
2. Long tap the route to delete to show the pop-up menu and tap [Delete].
3. Tap [Delete Selected]. A confirmation window appears. Tap [Yes] to delete the se-
lected route.
All routes (From the Routes List function button)
1. Display [Routes List].
2. Tap [Delete All] (at the bottom of the screen). A confirmation window appears. Tap
[Yes] to delete all the routes.
All routes (From the pop-up menu for the Routes List)
1. Display [Routes List].
2. Long tap the route to show the pop-up menu and tap [Delete].
3. Tap [Delete All]. A confirmation window appears. Tap [Yes] to delete all the
routes.
