0 - 15 kg/cm , is connected to input, then perform the
following setup:

Of course, you may select other value for RESO to alter
the resolution.
O1.HY: Output 1 hysteresis value. The hysteresis value is adjusted to
a proper value to eliminate the relay jitter in a noisy
environment.
