If you see a gray line on the blank label when using your Gainscha Label Maker, the print head or platen roller may be dirty. Clean both the print head and the platen roller.

If your Gainscha Label Maker is printing irregularly, it may be in Hex Dump mode. Turn the printer off and then on again to exit dump mode.
