Use a stud finder to locate the ceiling joist and ensure adequate clearance for the item being lifted.

Mark holes on joist, drill at least 3" deep pilot holes through sheetrock into the wood joist.

Tighten screws with wrench until snug. Align lifter and insert quick-release pins.

Step 1: Selecting Power Adapter Location

Find a wall location where AC cable reaches outlet and DC cable reaches MyLifter. Use template to place screws 2 inches apart.

Line up mounting holes with screws, place product over screws, and slide to lock. Multiple orientations are possible.

Note: Power adapter may be removed for tighter screw fit. Universal Mount is not for wall mounting.

Peel sticker, stick clip, install screw, place wires in clip, and securely close. Clips hold AC/DC cables.

Plug AC cable into power source. Additional products can be powered via the adapter's AC outlet.

CAUTION: Eyelet Screw Placement (Parallel)

If mounted parallel to joist, place eyelet screw on same side as power plug to prevent cable damage.

If mounted perpendicular, place eyelet screw on same side as cable guide opening to prevent cable damage.

Step 1: Installing the Eyelet Screw

Locate stud center, pre-drill hole, insert eyelet screw, and tighten. Follow specific instructions for drywall/no drywall.

Step 1: Attaching Hook and Pulley System

Run cable under pulley, use carabiner to anchor cable to eyelet screw. Required for loads over 50 lbs.

Step 1: Downloading and Opening the App

Download MyLifter App from Google Play/App Store. Open app and tap 'Add Devices' button.

Follow on-screen prompts, tap 'Got It'. Lifter indicator light changes to fast green-blink upon successful pairing.

Navigate to the app main screen, tap Edit. For Android, tap pencil icon and Submit. For iOS, select Lifter and Save.

Step 4: Manual Lifting and Speed Control

Use manual arrows to lift/lower. Use variable speed control circle to adjust speed during operation.

Reach desired point using manual arrows, then tap SET LOW/SET HIGH and 'Set' to save.

Note: Exceeding capacity (50/100 lbs) stops lifting; check for obstructions or remove weight.

Tap SMART LOWER/SMART LIFT to reach preset positions. Tap SET LOW/SET HIGH and Clear to reset points.

Note: During Smart Lift/Lower, controls change to STOP button. Tap STOP to halt operation.

Basic Lifter FAQs

FAQ: Weight Capacity

How much weight can the Basic Lifter hold? Up to 100 lbs. Do not exceed designed weight limit with multiple lifters.

FAQ: Load Balancing

Why is my load tilting? Move the lifter towards the lower side of the load until it lifts level.
